ArtetaBall Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with ArtetaBall! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Be in the same condition in which they were received

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Underwear, socks, or swimwear

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer free exchanges (subject to availability).
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.


Returns for Refund

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an ArtetaBall error.

  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@artetaball.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange

  • Reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping address.


International Orders

International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees.
Exchanges for international orders may require an additional shipping charge.
